Georgess McHargueGeorgess is a professional writer who has published over 25 books of fiction and nonfiction for children, young adults, and adults. She has been a Fellow at the MacDowell Colony in Peterborough, NH, and her work has been nominated for both the National Book Award and the Dorothy Canfield Fisher Award, as well as receiving numerous other distinctions. She is a graduate of Harvard College and the originator of the Women Who Lead project.In addition to her writing activities, she is the proprietor of a website (<mcquark.com>) which reviews e-publications for children.
